Joyce Wagner, 85, passed away peacefully in her home in Tucson, AZ surrounded by family on October 18, 2026. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, aunt and grandmother.

Joyce was born in Chicago Heights, Illinois on April 22, 1941. She was the daughter of Henry and Charlotte Santeford. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Judith Santeford (Robert) Gray, and her brother Dr. Henry Santeford. She is survived by her son, Chuck Wagner Jr.; her daughter, Michelle Wagner (Robert) Campagne; her granddaughters, Mikayla and Rachel Campagne; her sister, Carol Santeford (Thomas) Miller; her sister-in-law, Sally Coanes Santeford along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Throughout her life, Joyce was a strong, independent, and determined woman who worked tirelessly to ensure that her loved ones never went without. She will be remembered for her selflessness, genuine kindness and compassion, sense of humor, and unconditional love and support. Her family is forever grateful to have had her as such a wonderful role model and support system. She will always hold a special place in the hearts of those that were lucky enough to meet her. She will be greatly missed.
