In Loving Memory of Deborah (Debi) Castagnaro Noumeh

Deborah (Debi) Castagnaro Noumeh was born on April 5, 1958, in Brooklyn, New York, the beloved granddaughter of Sicilian immigrants. Known and loved by many as Debi, she grew up surrounded by a love of music and pursued her passion by becoming classically trained in opera.

In the early 1980s, Debi moved to Tucson, Arizona, where she met, Talal (Tony) Noumeh. After just three months together—and one trip back home for Tony—they were married and began building their life.

Tony was born on March 4, 1961, in Syria and immigrated to the United States with hopes of completing his engineering degree. Life ultimately led him down a different path, and he became the proud owner of his own landscaping business. With a remarkable green thumb, Tony able to bring life to anything he planted.

Debi dedicated 26 years of her life as an escrow officer, a career she truly loved. She cherished the relationships she built with her clients and took great pride in helping people through some of life's most important milestones. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine care for others left a lasting impression on everyone she met.

Together, Debi and Tony welcomed their son, Joseph Noumeh, and soon after their daughter, Danielle Noumeh. Their children were the center of their world. While life brought its share of challenges, loving their children was never one of them. Watching Joseph and Danielle grow, succeed, and build lives of their own brought Debi and Tony immeasurable joy and pride.

Tony was called home to be with the Lord on February 10, 2024. Though Debi carried on with strength and faith.

On June 3, 2026, Debi peacefully entered the gates of Heaven, reunited once again with Tony.

Throughout their lives, both Debi and Tony held steadfast to their faith in God. Today, we find comfort in knowing they are together again—free from pain, suffering, and sadness—resting peacefully in the presence of the Lord they faithfully served.

Their love, kindness, devotion to family, and unwavering faith will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved them.

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." — 2 Timothy 4:7–8
