Barri was a loving son, brother and father! He is survived by his mother, sister, children, grandchildren, and great grandchild. He was the sort of person who thought of others first. He was extremely courteous and polite. Barri loved to work on cars and have cook outs with family. He loved his dogs and spoiled them rotten. His favorite music was old rock and roll and also old country music.

Barri was a CNC machinist for the Space and Science department of the University of Arizona when he passed away. In past years he also worked for Infared Laboratories. Through his career he manufactured parts that were used to further explore and understand space and astronomy.

Barri’s legacy is the love he left in the hearts of his family, the memories of all the good times we had, and all the things he taught us during his time here. His legacy will also live on through the discoveries that his hard work helped others to achieve in the aerospace and astronomy communities.

Barri you are forever in our hearts. You may be gone but you are never forgotten. Until we meet again!
