Anke Annelise Buffington

Anke Buffington, age 90, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away peacefully on October 20,2026. Anke lived a long and meaningful life marked by creativity, kindness, and devotion to her family. She found great joy in painting, expressing her artistic spirit through her work and sharing that passion with those around her. Her gentle nature, warm smile, and appreciation for beauty will be remembered by all who knew her.

Anke was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Phillip Buffington. She is survived by her son, Gary Lane, and daughter-in-law, Karen, who will cherish her memory and the many special moments they shared together.
